Hartnagle’s Las Rocosa Australian Shepherds is located in the beautiful foothills of the Rocky Mountains (in Spanish, Las Montańas Rocosas). We have the honor of being the Australian Shepherd Club of America’s #1 Hall of Fame Kennel and Number One Hall of Fame Excellent Kennel. The Hartnagle’s have been a major force in the breed even before the inception of ASCA in 1957. Ernest Hartnagle played a major hand in the organization of ASCA and the entire family has always been deeply involved as competitors, judges, breeders, and volunteers. Las Rocosa Aussies can be found all over the world competing in conformation, obedience, stockdog trials, and agility. Our Aussies prove their heritage in working situations on ranches and farms worldwide. We continue, first and foremost, to specialize in quality family companions….THE BEST FOR THE BEST!
